SCHOOL & GROUP COACHING

A coach is someone that sees beyond your limits and guides you to greatness.
— Michael Jordan, Basketball Legend
Hard work will always overcome natural talent when natural talent does not work hard enough
— Sir Alex Ferguson, former Manchester United manager
It needs time. Nobody wants to hear it, but that’s the truth: if you want to have success in the future, you have to be ready to work now.
— Jurgen Klopp, current Liverpool Football Club manager

Coaching is not just coming up with game plans and bringing the team to glory.

Coaching is the development of every individual player and athlete to be the best that they can be.

And in the context of team sports, for the player to contribute and make the team bigger and better than the sum of their individual parts.

At every level, coaching is different. We understand that and before we take on any coaching roles, we always look at factors such as the age group of the team, the expectations of all stakeholders, the individual aims of the athletes and the targets of the team as a whole.

Only then, can we be effective in our approach in improving everyone and attaining our goals.

Ignatius ‘Iggy’ Ang

Coach Iggy is a former professional footballer, having donned the jerseys of numerous Singapore Premier League clubs including Warriors, Hougang United and Tanjong Pagar United. He even has his own wikipedia page!

In his prime, Iggy used to turn defenders inside out at will. These days, he wants to turn promising young players into the best versions of themselves.

Off the field, Iggy can often be found at the local coffeeshop, pondering the mysteries of life. Like whether the egg came first or the chicken.

Or should he drink Koi or Chi Cha San. Mostly likely the latter.
