WINE TASTING / WINE APPRECIATION
Wine Tasting and Appreciation events have a bad reputation. That they are only for the discerning, for the uppity ups, for the wine connoisseurs.
We believe wine tasting should be exactly what it means. Wine. Tasting.
It should be a frills free event, for the sole purpose of trying a variety of wines that in our normal day-to-day lives, may not have the opportunity to try so many at one go.
Our wines are sourced from multiple sources and since we are not affiliated to any particular wine maker, we are free to make choices to suit our needs. That means our job is to get the best wines for you, your event, your friends and clients.
We have done quite a fair bit of wine appreciation sessions, from the intimate friends gathering of 5-10, to department team buildings of over 50 pax. These usually include a wine speaker to give a more in-depth understanding of the wines being offered, as well as to share the finer points of wine appreciation.

Wine & Food Pairing
Wine is best enjoyed with food. When paired correctly, the flavours of both the wine and the food can be significantly enhanced!

We like to organise personal wine and food pairings for small groups, taking place in an intimate setting like in a private room of a restaurant. Freeflow wines all-day/ all-night long. The restaurant chef will usually curate a special menu to suit our wine list. What we get then, is a memorable and delicious night of merry making and wine drinking.

Wines for Weddings
As much as they are joyous occasions, weddings are tough to plan. The budgeting, the sourcing. In the grand scheme of things, the quality of the wedding wines tend to take a backseat.
Leave that to us. We have done enough weddings and events to know what to suggest for you. Whether your wedding is an intimate 5 course dinner for 20 at a fine dining restaurant, or a huge 70 table 10 course dinner at Shangri-La, we have got your back.
Tell us your wedding date and venue, your budget, and we will do the rest. From sourcing the wines to organising a wine tasting for the 2 of you. We will organise the logistics with your wedding coordinator at the hotel and even take back any wines that are unfinished!
